Having always believed that true health and happiness begins from within, INNOVA Bodywork helps me bring my inner fire and passion for health and happiness to my clients in a safe, clean and nurturing environment. Always believing that knowledge of one’s self is the cornerstone for a long and youthful life, I have dedicated hours of coursework and personal research in understanding how to balance our mind, body and spirit. I have incorporated this understanding for balance in my own life and hope to help my clients, friends and family bring balance to their lives.
